We are looking for a Server/Culinary Assistant. This role is responsible for dining room meal service to our residents and maintaining supplies in the kitchenettes for our Assisted Living Community. This food services schedule includes;

• casual/on-call (able to pickup shifts ahead of time to fill in for pre-planned needs or help with last minute support)
• day and/or early evening shifts 4-730
• Must work 3 shifts a month, 1 being on the weekend. 1 holiday a year

• Serves prepared meals to residents and ensures the dining area is clean and inviting
• Promotes and encourages positive resident relations and happiness with their meal service
• Sanitizes equipment, work areas and maintains supplies
• Assists with meal prep and special events
• Provides kitchen support when needed with dish washing and cleaning of floors
• Answers phones and communicates requests appropriately

• Excellent customer service skills and proficiency, collaboration and positive demeanor
• Desire to work with seniors
• Ability to interact compassionately and communicate optimally with residents and staff
• Prefer some work experience in a customer service setting, but not required
