• Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $37 to $47+. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

The RN Charge leads, supervises and directs and/or delegates all nursing functions on assigned unit or floor to assure care is provided per plan of care. This position must demonstrate sound management skills through problem solving and decision making.  They are responsible to monitor compliance with State and Federal regulations as well as Ebenezer Standards and policies for Aurora on France TCU Edina, MN

Nursing schedule includes; 

• 48 Hours per two week pay period
• Evening shift
• Every Other Weekend

• Assures staff compliance with State and Federal regulations, Nursing Standards of Practice and Ebenezer Quality Assurance Standards
• Assures Care Plan, medical records and other documentation are up to date
• Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
• Reports problem areas to management and provides suggestions and solutions
• Serves as facility supervisor and assumes administrative responsibilities as assigned

• Minimum Associates RN Degree, BSN preferred
• One to three years’ experience required. Three to five years preferred
• Previous LTC management experience preferred
• Current MN RN license by start date
• CPR /BLS certified
