Overview

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to support our Senior Condominium community in Hamel, MN. This maintenance position is responsible for monitoring preventative maintenance programs, repairs building systems and equipment, after hours emergencies and grounds as needed.

Responsibilities/Job Description

  • Repairs and maintains work orders for homes and community spaces
  • Keeps grounds and walkways free from obstructions including snow removal.
  • Monitors and performs basic repairs to HVAC, security, safety, electrical and plumbing equipment

Qualifications

Preferred:

  • One to three years previous experience in a similar environment
  • Vocation/Technical training preferred
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Desire to work with older adults

Vaccination Update

Annual Flu vaccinations, while not required, are highly recommended for all Ebenezer staff..

Ebenezer new hires who are required to be vaccinated for COVID-19 and are currently not fully vaccinated against COVID-19 are required to receive their first dose prior to their start date and their second dose (if receiving Moderna or Pfizer vaccines) within 4 weeks of their start date.
