Overview

  • Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $40 to $52+. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

The Nurse Manager (RN leadership) is responsible for continuity of nursing care by delegating, advising and supervising nursing care delivered for our Care Center.

  • 80 Hours per pay period- full time
  • Monday-Friday and includes being part of an on-call Nurse rotation.

Ebenezer Care Center is part of a full continuum of care campus including Transitional Care, Long Term Care, Assisted Living and Independent Living.   We are located in the heart of Minneapolis, MN conveniently located along the many bus routes.  We serve a VERY diverse and cultured population among not only our residents but staff as well. 

 

 

Responsibilities/Job Description

  • Leads, supervises and directs and/or delegates all nursing functions on assigned unit or floor to assure care is provided per plan of care
  • Assures staff compliance with State and Federal regulations, Nursing Standards of Practice and Ebenezer Quality Assurance Standards
  • Assures Care Plan, medical records and other documentation are up to date
  • Reports problem areas to management and provides suggestions and solutions
  • Serves as facility supervisor and assumes administrative responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum Associates Degree, BSN preferred
  • One to three years of proven experience required, three to five years preferred
  • Previous LTC management experience preferred
  • Current MN RN license
  • CPR certified
