• Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $29 - $37 per hour. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN that will perform a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care regulations and follows established policies and procedures.  

This nursing position includes;

• 80 hours in two weeks
• Evening Shift Hours; Every other weekend and rotating holiday schedule

• Provides skilled nursing care such as; implementing practitioners’ orders, ordering and assisting with medications and supplies, operates medical equipment, and charting practices
• Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff
• Updates RN with current observation and completes documentation of resident health status
• Communicates changes in residents conditions to relevant individuals
• May support RN by completing resident assessments, service agreements and care plans
• May assist Director of Health Services to meet regulations

Required:

• MN LPN licensure
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
• Ability to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

• Previous healthcare experience
• Comfortable using computers, hand held devices, phones and fax machine
