We are currently looking for Registered Nurses and Nursing Leadership (Nurse Manager, Director of Health Services, Director of Nursing) for various locations throughout the Twin Cities metro! We have full and part time roles available on all shifts and a variety of settings (Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Transitional Care).

Responsibilities/Job Description

Registered Nurse

  • Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual care plans
  • Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
  • Provides data relevant to the development of the care plan
  • RN – Assesses resident goals and revises, modify care plans as needed
  • Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided

Nurse Manager (Skilled Nursing/Transitional Care)

  • Leads, supervises and directs and/or delegates all nursing functions on assigned unit or floor to assure care is provided per plan of care
  • Assures staff compliance with State and Federal regulations, Nursing Standards of Practice and Ebenezer Quality Assurance Standards
  • Assures Care Plan, medical records and other documentation are up to date
  • Reports problem areas to management and provides suggestions and solutions
  • Serves as facility supervisor and assumes administrative responsibilities as assigned

Director of Health Services

  • Oversees Resident Centered Care
  • Ensures Clinical Compliance
  • Manages nursing department and budget
  • Provides leadership and general oversight of the nursing department
  • Leads and/or performs coordination of resident care
  • Supports a marketing plan aimed at full occupancy





  • Current MN RN license or by start date
  • AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers


  • Work experience in a health care setting (3-5 years previous experience for leadership roles)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers
  • Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
  • Experience with mental health clients very helpful
  • Deescalation, therapeutic communication, conflict management helpful
