  • Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $39 - 48 per hour. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

We are seeking a Charge Nurse - RN - Registered Nurse that will apply the nursing process to deliver individualized resident care.  Delegates, advises and monitors nursing care delivered. Demonstrates sound leadership skills through decision-making and decision making. Monitors compliance with State and Federal regulations as well as Ebenezer quality standards and policies.


Part-time overnight nursing schedule includes:

  • 16 Hours Per Two Week Pay Period
  • Day Shift Hours ; includes every other weekend and holidays

Martin Luther Care Center, part of the Martin Luther Senior Living campus is located in East Bloomington, near woodlands/wetlands and along the Minnesota River Bluffs. Responsibilities/Job Description

  • Leads, supervises and directs and/or delegates all nursing functions on assigned unit or floor to assure that care is provided per individualized plan of care
  • Assures that care plans, medical records and other documentation are current, complete and accurate
  • Reports concerns, opportunities and successes to management along with appropriate recommendations
  • Reports problematic areas to management and provides suggestions and solutions. Makes decisions regarding situations, implements actions and evaluates outcomes
  • Serves as facility supervisor and assumes administrative responsibilities as assigned


  • Minimum Associates Degree, BSN preferred
  • One to three years’ experience required, three to five years preferred
  • Previous LTC management experience preferred
  • Current MN RN license
  • CPR certified
