Overview

  • Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with generous benefits and wages ranging from $29 - 35 per hour. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care regulations and follows established policies and procedures.

  • Self-scheduling with Full-time hours available

Aurora on France is an innovative senior living community and conveniently located in the heart of Edina near many medical centers/providers, and on a bus line for easy transportation. Aurora is a full continuum of care campus including Transitional Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care. Responsibilities/Job Description

  • Provides professional nursing cares and treatments
  • Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff
  • Maintains current observation and documentation of resident health status

Qualifications

  • Required:

    • MN LPN licensure
    • AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
    • Able to work independently
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Vaccination Update

As part of our ongoing efforts to protect the wellbeing of our teams and to provide a safe and healthy environment for the residents and communities we serve, all Ebenezer employees are required to receive the COVID-19 vaccination series. [NOTE: the COVID-19 vaccination requirement does not apply to Ebenezer Homeowners Association (HOA) employees and Ebenezer Florida employees. Annual Flu vaccinations, while not required, are highly recommended for all Ebenezer staff..

Ebenezer new hires who are required to be vaccinated for COVID-19 and are currently not fully vaccinated against COVID-19 are required to receive their first dose prior to their start date and their second dose (if receiving Moderna or Pfizer vaccines) within 4 weeks of their start date. Accommodations requests will be reviewed on an individual basis.
