Overview

 

  • Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with competitive benefits and wages ranging from $29 - 35 per hour. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.
  • Additional pay when working evening/night shifts

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care regulations and follows established policies and procedures.  

 

This nursing schedule includes;

    • 40 hours in two weeks; every other weekends and holiday rotation
    • Day shifts ; typical shift times 6:30am-3:00pm

Martin Luther Care Center, part of the Martin Luther Senior Living campus is located in East Bloomington, near woodlands/wetlands and along the Minnesota River Bluffs. Our community offers 137 units between our Skilled Nursing, Memory Care and Transitional Care.  Voted Best Long-Term Care and Short-Term Rehabilitation 2019-2020  We have an outstanding team of tenured staff! Responsibilities/Job Description

  • Provides professional nursing care
  • Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff
  • Maintains current observation and documentation of resident health status

Qualifications

  • One to three years previous related experience preferred but not required
  • Associates Degree Required
  • Current MN LPN licensure
  • AHA BLS or Red Cross CPR for Healthcare Providers or Professional Rescuers

Vaccination Update

As part of our ongoing efforts to protect the wellbeing of our teams and to provide a safe and healthy environment for the residents and communities we serve, all Ebenezer employees are required to receive the COVID-19 vaccination series. [NOTE: the COVID-19 vaccination requirement does not apply to Ebenezer Homeowners Association (HOA) employees and Ebenezer Florida employees. Annual Flu vaccinations, while not required, are highly recommended for all Ebenezer staff..

Ebenezer new hires who are required to be vaccinated for COVID-19 and are currently not fully vaccinated against COVID-19 are required to receive their first dose prior to their start date and their second dose (if receiving Moderna or Pfizer vaccines) within 4 weeks of their start date. Accommodations requests will be reviewed on an individual basis.
