  • Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $36 - $46 per hour. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse RN at one of our newest communities in the South Metro of Chanhassen.  This nursing role would be responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the assisted living /memory care residents are met. 


Nursing position includes;

    • 72 hours in two weeks
    • Day shift hours; working every Monday and every other Friday

Riley Crossing is one of our newest senior living communities located in Chanhassen, MN near Hwy 101 and County Road 212. Opened in 2019, it hosts 134 units of Independent/Assisted Living, Enhanced and Memory Care in total. This location also offers on-site intergenerational child care and interactive programming with our seniors.

Responsibilities/Job Description

  • Maintains current assessment and documentation using progress notes of resident health status
  • Implements new and updates current resident care plan
  • Coordinates resident health services with internal/external providers and getting orders as needed
  • Leads and supervises timely and accurate medication and treatment administration
  • Acts as support to Director of Health Services to fill in as RN on call during scheduled times
  • Monitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff


  • Required:

    • Current MN RN license or by start date
    • AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers


    • Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
    • Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
    • Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers
