We are looking for a Driver at our Senior Living facility in Bloomington, MN. This role is responsible for transporting residents.

Martin Luther Care Center, part of the Martin Luther Senior Living campus is located in East Bloomington, MN near Mall of America and public transportation. We are located near woodlands/wetlands and along the Minnesota River Bluffs. We have an outstanding team of tenured staff who support our long term care, transitional care, and memory care residents! • Carries out other duties as assigned; maintains a log of transportation services and tasks performed throughout the driving period
• Provides coordinator or supervisor with adequate notification of schedule difficulties.
• Follows policies and procedures of Martin Luther Campus and state and federal rules and regulations.
• Function efficiently with limited direct supervision
• Cooperates in changing schedules to meet needs of participants/residents.
• Accomplishes transportation duties in a timely manner

• One to three years previous driving experience, preferably with seniors and/or physically disabled population.
• Ability to drive a 14 passenger bus.
• Must be able to pass DOT physical and criminal/driving background check.
