Overview

Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package for Housekeepers with excellent benefits and wages starting from $15.95 - $20 / hour. Wage determinations will be based on related experience.

 

We are looking for a Part Time Housekeeper to provide a clean, safe and pleasant environment for senior residents, staff and visitors of our senior living building in Northeast Minnetonka and near Plymouth/St Louis Park/Crystal, MN

 

This cleaning position schedule includes;

  • 48 hours every two weeks
  • Part-time. day shift; Every other weekend and holiday rotation

Responsibilities/Job Description

  • Cleans resident and common areas of community as assigned, including floor care
  • Assists with light maintenance tasks and cleaning emergency spills as needed
  • Maintains cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Assists residents with laundry as requested
  • Ensures timely and efficient turnover of apartments
  • Performs job duties safely, using correct body mechanics and protective equipment
  • Promotes a safe environment for staff, residents and visitors

Qualifications

Required skills:

  • Ability to work independently, show attention to detail, multi-task and maintain confidentiality
  • Able to work in varying environmental conditions, along with cleaning human/bodily fluids or waste
  • Able to understand and follow verbal and written communication including policies/procedures and safety sheets.

Preferred experience/skills:

  • Work experience in cleaning or similar environment

Vaccination Update

As part of our ongoing efforts to protect the wellbeing of our teams and to provide a safe and healthy environment for the residents and communities we serve, all Ebenezer employees are required to receive the COVID-19 vaccination series. [NOTE: the COVID-19 vaccination requirement does not apply to Ebenezer Homeowners Association (HOA) employees and Ebenezer Florida employees. Annual Flu vaccinations, while not required, are highly recommended for all Ebenezer staff..

Ebenezer new hires who are required to be vaccinated for COVID-19 and are currently not fully vaccinated against COVID-19 are required to receive their first dose prior to their start date and their second dose (if receiving Moderna or Pfizer vaccines) within 4 weeks of their start date. Accommodations requests will be reviewed on an individual basis.
