Overview

Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages starting from $15.00 - $20.00. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

We are looking for a Front Desk Attendant at our St. Anthony location. This receptionist position serves as ambassador of the community. Desk attendant/receptionist provides oversight and a customer service experience that will always be remembered with the highest level of responsiveness. This position includes:

  • 48 hours every two weeks
  • Day/evening shift
  • Schedule: Monday & Tuesday 3 pm to 11 pm, Saturday 7 am to 3 pm, With additional shifts if necessary and willing

Managed by Ebenezer, Kenzington Condominium is a 150 unit HOA condo building for 55-year old and up, located in the heart of Saint Anthony, MN close to bus stop, Hwy 36 and 35 W and The U of MN. Senior residents enjoy a maintenance free lifestyle in a condominium they own, plus access to numerous amenities.  Ebenezer provides an onsite office manager and maintenance supervisor along with 24/7 front desk attendant service.

Responsibilities/Job Description

  • Provides responsive customer service to all customers by maintaining an active presence at the front desk.

  • Acknowledge and greet all residents, guests, staff, volunteers and vendors with utmost courtesy and urgency, opening doors and providing assistance where appropriate and possible.

  • Assure prompt and positive action on all resident service opportunities including requests, complaints, questions, concerns and suggestions. 
  • Attempt to resolve them and/or elevate to the appropriate building staff per building policy. Follow-up with residents to assure successful completion.
  • Serve as information liaison to building management and maintenance team.
  • Provide safe exit and entry to building during non-business hours by monitoring building entry system, maintaining guestbook and addressing outdoor hazards (such as snow removal from sidewalks/entrance) as necessary.
  • Function as clerical support during non-business hours by answering phones

  • Maintain workspace in a clean and orderly fashion to create the best “first impression” to customers.

  • Conduct filing, maintain communication log, record work order requests and monitor security cameras as needed
  • Responds to fire, maintenance, and security emergencies when they occur in the building.

  • All other duties assigned

Qualifications

Required:

  • Basic office skills such as MS office, excel and word
  • Ability to use technology in the form of computers, hand held devices, cell phone, printers
  • 0-1 Year of experience 

Preferred: 

  • Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree
  • 1-3 years of related or proven experience 
  • Security and Camera monitoring equipment
