Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package for RAs with excellent benefits and hourly wages starting from $20.90 - $25 / hour. Wage determinations will be based on related experience.

Shift differentials are additional pay for evening/overnight shifts worked. 

We are looking for a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the residents’ physical and emotional well-being

This caregiver schedule includes;

• 16 hours in two weeks
• Day shift
• Every other weekend 7am-3pm
• Holiday Rotation

Arbors at Ridges Assisted Living is located on the Ebenezer Ridges Burnsville Campus near Fairview Ridges Hospital. Arbors at Ridges offers 62 breathtaking apartments. We are committed to well-rounded healthcare and successfully communicate with residents to promote high quality of life.

• Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.
• Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.
• May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.
• Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff
• Assists with onboarding of new staff

Required Skills:

• Ability to communicate effectively, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers while working in a team setting.
• Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population
• CNA certificated if under 18

Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:

• High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA course
