• Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with competitive benefits and wages ranging from $29 - 37 per hour. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care regulations and follows established policies and procedures. 

• 72 hours in two weeks
• Evening shifts; Every other weekend rotation/holidays

As part of the Martin Luther Campus Senior Community, Meadow Woods Assisted Living is a residential setting by woodlands, wetlands and the Minnesota River Bluffs. Our 113 unit assisted, independent and memory care buildings are located in East Bloomington, MN near public transportation. • Provides skilled nursing care such as; implementing practitioners’ orders, ordering and assisting with medications and supplies, operates medical equipment, and charting practices
• Lifts and transfer residents as needed, Initiates emergency treatment as needed
• Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff
• Updates RN with current observation and completes documentation of resident health status
• Communicates changes in residents conditions to relevant individuals
• May support RN by completing resident assessments, service agreements and care plans

Required:

• MN LPN licensure
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
• Able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

• Previous healthcare experience
• Comfortable using computers, hand held devices, phones and fax machine
