The Registered Nurse (RN) provides for and assists in meeting the TCU residents’ physical, emotional and psycho-social needs while adhering to facility, state and federal guidelines.

Nursing schedule includes;

• 32 hours in two weeks
• Day Shift Hours; Every other Sat-Sunday and holiday rotation

Martin Luther Care Center, part of the Martin Luther Senior Living campus is located in East Bloomington and public transportation. Located near beautiful woodlands and wetlands along the Minnesota River Bluffs. • Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual resident
• Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
• Assesses resident goals and revises and modifies care plans as needed
• Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided

Required:

• Current MN RN license or by start date
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers

Preferred:

• Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
• Work experience in a patient support role as an LPN or RN
