Overview

  • Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with generous  benefits and wages ranging from $36 - $46 per hour. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.
  • Shift Differential Available on Evenings and Nights

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides for and assists in meeting the TCU (transitional care unit /sub acute) patients' physical, emotional and psycho-social needs while adhering to facility, state and federal guidelines for our spacious skilled nursing care center in Burnsville, MN.

 

Nursing schedule includes;

    • 40 hours in a two week pay period , part-time schedule
    • Evening shifts; typical shift times 2:30pm-11:00pm
    • Every other weekend rotation/holidays

Responsibilities/Job Description

  • Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual care plans
  • Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
  • Provides data relevant to the development of the resident care
  • RN – Assesses care plans,  resident goals and revises, modify care plans as needed
  • Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided

Qualifications

Required:

  • Current MN RN license or by start date
    • BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently

      enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be

      obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent

      practice

  • AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers

Preferred:

  • Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
  • Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
  • Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers
