Ebenezer is looking for a Registered Nurse - RN whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our seniors living in our beautiful and active skilled nursing TCU LTC building in Minneapolis, MN!

Weekend Nursing schedule includes;

• 16 hours every 2 weeks
• Overnight shift
• EVery other weekend (sat/sunday)

• Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan
• Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
• RN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed
• Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided

Required:

• Current MN RN license or by start date

  • BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently

    enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be

    obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent

    practice

• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers

Preferred:

• Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
• Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
• Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers
