Overview

Ebenezer has an immediate opening for an Admission Coordinator at Aurora on France Senior Living Community, in Edina, MN.   The Admission Coordinator will develop relationships with referral sources and work with internal teams to promote and maintain full occupancy as well as assisting the interdisciplinary team in meeting the needs of the residents and families of the TCU.

 

This position includes:

  • 48 hours per pay period (part-time)
  • Every other weekend

Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $21.00 to $28.00+. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

Responsibilities/Job Description

  • Ability to process and complete move-ins while providing pre-move in counseling, information and tours.
  • Facilitates the intake process and secures primary care provide
  • Supports a sales and marketing plan aimed at full occupancy
  • Lead the public assistance process for the resident
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school Diploma/GED
  • 0-1 years of experience 

Preferred:

  • Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree
