Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with generous benefits and wages ranging from $36.60 - $47 per hour. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.


Ebenezer is looking for a Registered Nurse - RN whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our seniors living in our beautiful and active Assisted Living (Aurora on France) building in Edina, MN!


Nursing schedule includes;

  • 48 hours in two weeks
  • Day/evening shift: 9am-5:30pm
  • Every other weekend and holiday rotation

Aurora on France is a new, innovative senior living community attached to Fairview Southdale Hospital in the heart of Edina, MN.   Located conveniently near Hwy. 62 and France Ave. and is on a bus line.  Aurora has 136 units offering a full continuum of care including Transitional Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care.  We offer employees many benefits including free meals if you work a double shift, beautiful walking paths for your breaks and opportunities for growth both in the TCU and Assisted Living.


Responsibilities/Job Description

  • Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan
  • Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
  • RN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed
  • Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided



  • Current MN RN license or by start date
  • AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
  • (3 week grace period for BLS) 


  • Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
  • Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
  • Good written and verbal communication skills to get along with residents, families and physicians or providers
  • Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
