Ebenezer is looking for a Registered Nurse - RN whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the adult physical and emotional well-being for our patients in our beautiful and active Transitional Care Uunit (Aurora on France TCU) building in Edina, MN!

Nursing schedule includes;

• 64 hours in two weeks
• Day shift
• Every other weekend

Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan

Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies

RN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed

Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided

Required:

• Current MN RN license or by start date
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
• (3 week grace period for BLS) 

Preferred:

• Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
• Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
• Good written and verbal communication skills to get along with residents, families and physicians or providers
• Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
