    Aurora on France is a new, state of the art community, attached to Fairview Southdale in the heart of Edina near many medical centers/providers. It is conveniently located off of Hwy. 62 and France Ave. Aurora is a full continuum of care campus including Transitional Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care.

     

    The RN Charge leads, supervises and directs and/or delegates all nursing functions on assigned unit or floor to assure care is provided per plan of care. This position  must demonstrate sound management skills through problem solving and decision making.  They are responsible to monitor compliance with State and Federal regulations as well as Ebenezer Standards and policies.

    This position is a .6(48 hours/ppd) scheduled from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am.  Includes e/o w/e and holiday.

     

    Responsibilities/Job Description

    • Assures staff compliance with State and Federal regulations, Nursing Standards of Practice and Ebenezer Quality Assurance Standards
    • Assures Care Plan, medical records and other documentation are up to date
    • Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
    • Reports problem areas to management and provides suggestions and solutions
    • Serves as facility supervisor and assumes administrative responsibilities as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Minimum Associates Degree, BSN preferred
    • One to three years’ experience required, three to five years preferred
    • Previous LTC management experience preferred
    • Current MN RN license
    • CPR certified
