    Bel Rae Senior Living (named after the famous Bel Rae Ballroom) is the only Assisted Living/Memory Care community in Mounds View. We have 98 units as a mixture of Independent and Assisted Living as well as Memory Care. We pride ourselves on our staff longevity as well as the close knit community feel we provide.     The Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide is responsible for providing personal care and designated health related services to enhance and/or maintain the residents’ physical and emotional well-being. This position offers full time evening shift (.90 FTE/72 hours PPD) and includes every other weekend and rotating holidays.

    Responsibilities/Job Description

    • Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, transfers/lifts.
    • Provides health related services as needed
    • Performs specified home services as needed
    • Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff
    • Assists with onboarding of new staff

    Qualifications

    • High School diploma or GED
    • CNA or HHA certification preferred
    • Previous experience as HHA, CNA, DSP, PCA preferred
