    Ebenezer’s newest managed property, The Sanctuary at Brooklyn Center is now hiring! Destined to be one of Brooklyn Center’s premier senior living communities, the Sanctuary offers both Assisted Living and Memory Care.

     

    We are seeking a full-time Resident Services Coordinator.  The Resident Service Coordinator assists in helping elderly individuals and nonelderly people with disabilities living in Assisted Living to obtain needed supportive services from the community, to enable them to continue living as independently as possible and age in place in their homes.

     

    This position is primarily responsible for maintaining the staffing needs and scheduling for the community, completing payroll, and minimizing overtime. They will also be the primary point person for onboarding employees of all departments, monitoring our "First Day of Orientation" process, and ensuring compliance for all new hire documents and educational requirements. This role assists with billing, accounts receivable and accouts payable. This role also includes supervising and oversight of the administrative asssitants.

    Responsibilities/Job Description

    • Maintain Resident staffing schedules
    • Coordinates Human Resources functions: payroll, annual performance review tracking, interviews, hiring process and paperwork
    • Coordinates training and maintains Educare records
    • Assists with billing and account receivable
    • Coordinates communication with Provider/Doctor scheduling

     

    Qualifications

    • Vocational training (HUC, Medical records) or Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare management or related field
    • One to three years related experience preferred
    • Experience in long term care or Assisted Living environment highly preferred
    • Familiar with office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer).
