Ebenezer Care Center is part of a full continuum of care campus including Transitional Care, Long Term Care, Adult Day, Assisted Living and Independent Living.   We are located in the heart of Minneapolis, conveniently located along the many bus routes.   We serve a VERY diverse and cultured population among not only our residents but staff as well. 

The Nursing Assistant/Registered (CNA, NAR) is responsible for providing resident care and services. This is a part time evening shift position; 0.7 FTE/56 hours per pay period and includes every other weekend and rotating holidays.

5 short shifts during the week and regular on week ends.

• Assists resident with personal cares based on individual plan of care (bathing, oral hygiene, toileting, call lights)
• Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff
• Performs environmental and other responsibilities as assigned (order and cleanliness, reports malfunctioning equipment to maintenance department)

• High School Diploma or GED
• Vocational/Technical Training or Associated Degree required
• Current MN Nursing Assistant Certification and on MN Nursing Assistant registry
