The Maintenance Specialist is responsible for the overall maintenance of the building. 

This position includes;

• 1.0 FTE or 80 hours in 2 weeks
• Day shift

• Performs routine maintenance duties (work orders, inspections, and preventative maintenance) 
• Performs general repairs (appliance, plumbing, custodial, grounds) 

• Vocational/Technical training preferred 
• Previous experience, especially in a similar environment preferred
