Overview

The Nurse Manager for the TCU is responsible for continuity of nursing care by delegating, directing and monitoring nursing care delivered at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Burnsville, MN.  This position is M-F and includes being part of an on-call Nurse rotation. 

  • 80 Hours per pay period

Ebenezer Ridges Care Center is part of a full continuum of care campus including Transitional Care, Adult Day Programs, Child Care, Long Term Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care.  We are located across the street from Fairview Ridges Hospital, conveniently located at the I-35E and I-35W split in Burnsville.

Responsibilities/Job Description

  • Leads, supervises and directs and/or delegates all nursing functions on assigned unit or floor to assure care is provided per plan of care
  • Assures staff compliance with State and Federal regulations, Nursing Standards of Practice and Ebenezer Quality Assurance Standards
  • Assures Care Plan, medical records and other documentation are up to date
  • Reports problem areas to management and provides suggestions and solutions
  • Serves as facility supervisor and assumes administrative responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum Associates Degree, BSN preferred
  • One to three years’ experience required, three to five years preferred
  • Previous TCU/LTC management experience preferred
  • Current MN RN license
  • CPR certified
