Overview

Starting wage of $36.00/hour and guaranteed wage increase of $2.00 over the course of the first year of employment.

The Assistant Director of Health Services is a Registered Nurse (RN) who is responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the Assisted Living/Memory Care residents are met, while providing staff leadership duties at Amira Choice of Roseville.

This Nursing schedule includes;

80 hours ppd, day shifts.
On Call Rotation for Weekends

Responsibilities/Job Description

Maintain current assessment and documentation of client’s health status
Coordinates client health services
Manages and oversees medication and treatment administration
Monitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff
Support DHS to act as RN on call during scheduled times

Qualifications

One to three years previous related experience
Minimum Associates Degree, preferred BSN
Must have current MN RN licensure and current CPR certification
Memory Care experience required
Case Management experience preferred

Vaccination Update

As part of our ongoing efforts to protect the wellbeing of our teams and to provide a safe and healthy environment for the patients and communities we serve, all Ebenezer employees will be required to receive both an annual flu vaccination and the COVID-19 vaccination series. Current employees must have completed both vaccination schedules on or before January 4, 2022.

Any new hires who are not fully vaccinated against COVID-19 are required to receive their first dose prior to their start date and their second dose (if receiving Moderna or Pfizer vaccines) within 4 weeks of their start date. Annual flu vaccinations are also required before the employment start date for employees who begin employment during the flu season. Accommodations requests will be reviewed on an individual basis.
