Overview

  • Starting wage of $33.07/hour and guaranteed wage increase of $2.00 over the course of the first year of employment!
  • Additional pay when working evening/night shifts!

The RN Case Manager provides for and assists in meeting the residents’ physical, emotional and psycho-social needs while adhering to facility, state and federal guidelines.

 

Nursing schedule includes;

    • 0 Scheduled Hours; This is an ON CALL/CASUAL hours RN position
    • Day/Evening Shifts; able to pick up shifts ahead of time and for last minute help
    • Required to work 3 shifts per month with 1 shift being a weekend and 1 holiday per year

Responsibilities/Job Description

  • Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual plan of care
  • Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
  • Provides data relevant to the development of the plan of care
  • RN – Assesses plan of care, resident goals and revises, modify plan of care as necessary
  • Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided

Qualifications

  • One to three years previous related experience preferred but not required
  • Preferred experience with mental health/behavioral health
  • Associates Degree
  • Must have current MN RN licensure
  • AHA BLS or Red Cross CPR for Healthcare Providers or Professional Rescuers
