• This position is eligible for a $1000 Sign On Bonus
• Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $29 - $37 per hour. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN that will perform a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care regulations and follows established policies and procedures for our Assisted Living/Memory Care community in West St Paul, MN.  

This part-time nursing schedule includes;

• 48 hours in two weeks (6 shifts)
• Evening Shift Hours; Every other weekend and rotating holiday schedule

One of Ebenezer’s newest managed properties, The Sanctuary at West St. Paul, MN is now hiring!  Destined to be one of West St. Paul’s premier senior living communities, the Sanctuary offers 164 units of Assisted Living and Memory Care.  We are conveniently located near Interstate 494 and Highway 52 and public transportation.  

• Provides skilled nursing care such as; implementing practitioners’ orders, ordering and assisting with medications and supplies, operates medical equipment, and charting practices
• Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff
• Updates RN with current observation and completes documentation of resident health status
• Communicates changes in residents conditions to relevant individuals
• May support RN by completing resident assessments, service agreements and care plans
• May assist Director of Health Services to meet comprehensive home care regulations

Required:

• MN LPN licensure
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
• Able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

• Previous healthcare experience
• Comfortable using computers, hand held devices, phones and fax machine
