• Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $26 to $34+. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care regulations and follows established policies and procedures for our Assisted Living/Memory Care in St Cloud, MN. 

Nursing schedule includes; 

• 64 hours in two weeks; day Shift 
• Every other weekend rotation/holiday rotation

Our community consists of 101 Assisted Living and 36 Memory Care units, featuring the Dimensions program.

• Provides skilled nursing care such as; implementing practitioners’ orders, ordering and assisting with medications and supplies, operates medical equipment, and charting practices
• Lifts and transfer residents as needed
• Initiates emergency treatment as needed
• Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff
• Updates RN with current observation and completes documentation of resident health status
• Communicates changes in residents' conditions to relevant individuals
• May support RN by completing resident assessments, service agreements and care plans
• May assist Director of Health Services to meet comprehensive home care regulations

• Required:

  • MN LPN licensure
  • AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
  • Able to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  Preferred:

  • Previous healthcare experience
  • Comfortable using computers, hand held devices, phones and fax machine
