Overview

 

 

  • Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $26 to $34+. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.
  • This position is eligible for a $2,000 Sign On Bonus!
  • Additional pay when working evening/night shifts!

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be supporting patients in the transitional care unit and/or long term care in Burnsville, MN.  Nurse performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care regulations and follows established policies and procedures.  

Nursing schedule includes;

    • 64 hours in two weeks, and can pick up shifts
    • Evening shifts ; typical shift times 2:30pm-11:00pm
    • Every other weekend rotation/holidays

Ebenezer Ridges Care Center is part of a full continuum of care campus including Transitional Care, Adult Day Programs, Intergenerational Child Care, Long Term Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care.  We are located across the street from Fairview Ridges Hospital at the I-35E and I-35W split in Burnsville, MN. “Awarded Best Nursing Homes recognition by US News for Long Term Care and Short Term Rehabilitation”

 

Responsibilities/Job Description

  • Provides professional nursing care
  • Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff
  • Maintains current observation and documentation of resident health status

Qualifications

  • One to three years previous related experience preferred but not required
  • Associates Degree
  • Must have current MN LPN licensure
  • AHA BLS or Red Cross CPR for Healthcare Providers or Professional Rescuers

Vaccination Update

As part of our ongoing efforts to protect the wellbeing of our teams and to provide a safe and healthy environment for the residents and communities we serve, all Ebenezer employees are required to receive the COVID-19 vaccination series. [NOTE: the COVID-19 vaccination requirement does not apply to Ebenezer Homeowners Association (HOA) employees and Ebenezer Florida employees. Annual Flu vaccinations, while not required, are highly recommended for all Ebenezer staff..

Ebenezer new hires who are required to be vaccinated for COVID-19 and are currently not fully vaccinated against COVID-19 are required to receive their first dose prior to their start date and their second dose (if receiving Moderna or Pfizer vaccines) within 4 weeks of their start date.
