The Registered Nurse (RN) provides for and assists in meeting the TCU (transitional care unit /sub-acute) patients physical, emotional and psycho-social needs while adhering to facility, state and federal guidelines for our spacious care center in Burnsville, MN


Part-time Nursing schedule includes;

    • 16 hours in two weeks
    • Day shifts; typical shift times 6:30am-3:00pm
    • Every other weekend rotation/holidays

Ebenezer Ridges Care Center is part of a full continuum of care campus including Transitional Care, Adult Day Programs,  Intergenerational Child Care, Long Term Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care.  We are located across the street from Fairview Ridges Hospital at the I-35E and I-35W split in Burnsville, MN.


Responsibilities/Job Description

  • Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual plan of care
  • Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
  • Provides data relevant to the development of the plan of care
  • RN – Assesses plan of care, resident goals and revises, modify plan of care as necessary
  • Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided


  • One to three years previous related experience preferred but not required
  • Associates Degree
  • Must have current MN RN licensure
  • AHA BLS or Red Cross CPR for Healthcare Providers or Professional Rescuers
