Overview

 

 

  • Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $26 to $34+. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.
  • Additional pay when working evening/night shifts!

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care regulations and follows established policies and procedures.  

 

Nursing schedule includes;

    • 64 Hours every two weeks
    • Night Shift Hours; every other weekend

Aurora on France is a new, state of the art senior community attached to Fairview Southdale Hospital in the heart of Edina, MN.   Located conveniently near Hwy. 62 and France Ave. and is on a bus line.  Aurora offers a full continuum of care including Transitional Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care. Responsibilities/Job Description

  • Provides professional nursing cares and treatments
  • Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff
  • Maintains current observation and documentation of resident health status

Qualifications

  • Required:

    • MN LPN licensure
    • AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
    • Must be able to work independently
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills

    Preferred:

    • Previous healthcare experience
    • Must be comfortable using computers, hand held devices, phones and fax machine

Vaccination Update

As part of our ongoing efforts to protect the wellbeing of our teams and to provide a safe and healthy environment for the residents and communities we serve, all Ebenezer employees are required to receive the COVID-19 vaccination series. [NOTE: the COVID-19 vaccination requirement does not apply to Ebenezer Homeowners Association (HOA) employees and Ebenezer Florida employees. Annual Flu vaccinations, while not required, are highly recommended for all Ebenezer staff..

Ebenezer new hires who are required to be vaccinated for COVID-19 and are currently not fully vaccinated against COVID-19 are required to receive their first dose prior to their start date and their second dose (if receiving Moderna or Pfizer vaccines) within 4 weeks of their start date. Accommodations requests will be reviewed on an individual basis.
