Overview

  • Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $34 to $43+. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

 

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides for and assists in meeting the residents’ physical, emotional and psycho-social needs while adhering to facility, state and federal guidelines. 

 

Nursing schedule includes;

    • This is a casual/on call position with no authorized hours
    • Requires working 3 shifts each month,  1 weekend per month and 1 holiday per year

The Trails of Orono Senior Living community is located in a serene wooded setting just west of Minneapolis near Highways 12 and I-494 in Wayzata, MN.  Managed by Ebenezer, we host 59 units amongst our Independent/Assisted Living and Memory care residential settings. Our exceptional and tenured caregivers believe in Ebenezer’s mission to heal, discover, and educate for longer healthier, more meaningful lives.

Responsibilities/Job Description

  • Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual plan of care
  • Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
  • Provides data relevant to the development of the care plan
  • Assesses resident goals and revises, modify care plans as vital
  • Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided

Qualifications

  • One to three years previous related experience preferred but not required
  • Associates Degree
  • Current MN RN licensure
  • AHA BLS or Red Cross CPR for Healthcare Providers or Professional Rescuers

Vaccination Update

As part of our ongoing efforts to protect the wellbeing of our teams and to provide a safe and healthy environment for the residents and communities we serve, all Ebenezer employees are required to receive the COVID-19 vaccination series. [NOTE: the COVID-19 vaccination requirement does not apply to Ebenezer Homeowners Association (HOA) employees and Ebenezer Florida employees. Annual Flu vaccinations, while not required, are highly recommended for all Ebenezer staff..

Ebenezer new hires who are required to be vaccinated for COVID-19 and are currently not fully vaccinated against COVID-19 are required to receive their first dose prior to their start date and their second dose (if receiving Moderna or Pfizer vaccines) within 4 weeks of their start date. Accommodations requests will be reviewed on an individual basis.
